RETURN AND EXCHANGE DETAILS
Free no-hassle exchanges and returns! Customers may return or exchange items if they are not happy for any reason up to 30 days after delivery. Please allow up to 3 business days from the time we receive your returned or exchanged item for our team to collect it and process the request. Refunds for returns or new product exchanges will be provided once the item has been received and inspected. If your requested size is not in stock, we will ship the item when it becomes available, or if it is discontinued, we will contact you directly about a refund or different item. Oil & Forge Co. is not accountable for items that are stolen. If you think you require a receiving signature, please note in the checkout so we can accommodate your request. No returns or exchanges will be permitted 30 days after you receive your product unless it is approved by Oil & Forge Co.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a Lifetime Warranty — We guarantee that upon receiving the product, every jewelry item is free of material and manufacturing defects. Will replace any of our products no questions asked if they get damaged or broken! The only item not covered are necklace chains since they are not made in house. This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Oil & Forge Co. retailer and subject to applicable laws. However, the warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer. To inquire if your jewelry is covered under this warranty, contact oilandforgeco@yahoo.com with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write “Jewelry Warranty Claim” in the subject of the email. Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase from an authorized Oil & Forge Co. retailer.We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with Limited Lifetime Warranty — We guarantee that upon receiving the product, every jewelry item is free of material and manufacturing defects. Due to the fact that plating wears over time, we will replace the item over reasonable amount of time if needed. We also offer a one time plating fee if you would like to have your item replated down the road. Please email oilandforgeco@yahoo.com for details. The only item not covered are the necklace chains since they are not made in house. This warranty is valid for only to the original purchaser, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Oil & Forge Co. retailer.
